  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Pour the coconut oil and honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients are coated.
Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.


Make sure to stir the granola halfway through baking to ensure even cooking. Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
